I Am Alive in Everything I Touch

Released May 19, 2015
"This album is probably the most raw and personal one we've ever made. We spent a lot of time while recording in our hometown of Toronto reflecting back on the first 15 years of the band, our experiences, and the songs directly reflect that. Each song lines up with a real life city and we used real places, people and events that have affected us over the last decade and a half to tell the story. The result was an emotional tone of self-reflection and at times sadness but it also features some of the most ambitious yet precocious musical, lyrical and conceptual ideas we've had yet."

This is How the Wind Shifts

Released October 15, 2013
"We went into the writing and recording of this album feeling new again. Having Paul Marc come in and bring in these fresh ideas made us work so hard at making this album special. The parallel track idea for a concept was something I hadn't heard of anyone doing before and I think it gave this album an amazing aura. It's pretty cool to have your 6th full length album be the highest reviewed not only by yourself but also the critics."

Short Songs

Released February 7, 2012
"When we released our 7" for Record Store Day in 2011, we wanted to do a bunch of covers but couldn't fit them all on. So we ended up covering 3 short songs so they would fit. We had so much fun doing it that we wanted to do more. Then I had the idea to try to write our own short songs. We decided the limit was 90 seconds and we all separated and wrote. The result was this album which was originally going to be 5 originals and 5 covers. It ended up being this 22 song monster. It was a ton of fun and I think the originals are some of our best work."

Rescue

Released April 26, 2011
"We started writing Rescue more than a year before it came out, and spent a lot of time demoing the songs, going back and forth and making changes. I think that made the record really well thought out and it had a lot of dynamics. Our new producer Jordan Valeriote was only supposed to record our demos initially but we liked working with him so much that he ended up producing the whole album, and our old buddy Cameron mixed it."

A Shipwreck in the Sand

Released March 31, 2009
"After making 2 albums in California, we decided to record this one very close to where we lived in Canada. We brought back 'Discovering' producer Cameron Webb (who grew up in Newport Beach, CA and was scared of the snow), and booked a lot of time, probably in reaction to running out on the album before. The result was a very calculated, thought out concept album. We spent a lot of time working on transitions and intricacies throughout which we hadn't done before. This record was a lot of work, but is one of my favorites."

When The Broken Is Easily Fixed

Released May 20, 2003
"When Broken is Easily Fixed was the first time any of us had actually made an album that wasn’t done on weekends between work and school. It was awesome to finally be able to commit to music as our jobs. That being said, we didn’t really know what we are doing. I think you can hear our passion coming through in these songs along with our inexperience which makes for a very raw, very honest album."
